BAPTISM

Baptism is the perfect representation of Jesus’s death, burial, and resurrection.

For us, when we are baptized, we are demonstrating our full commitment and declaring full faith in Jesus Christ. If you believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God (Matt.16:15-16), and you have repented of your sins (1 John 1:9), and have confessed with your mouth He is Lord

(Romans 10:9-10), then you are ready to be baptized.

AM I READY TO BE BAPTIZED?

Here are some passages to help you learn more about baptism:
Mark 16:16, Acts 2:37-38Acts 8:26-40; Acts 22:16, Romans 6:1-7; 1 Peter 3:21

If you feel you are ready to be baptized, and would like to discuss it further with our Lead Minister, please complete this form. Someone will be in touch with you asap. If you would like to be baptized on a Sunday morning that is great. If you’d like to plan a private baptism that’s great too. Either way is fine.

Yes, I would like a minister to contact me to discuss baptism.

AFTER BAPTISM

We believe that after someone has been baptized, they are now a new creation in Christ. As a new creation you will strive to live a lifestyle that will seek to honor Jesus, in all areas of your life. We believe you have now joined God’s Church, and are ready to join in the Great Commission handed down to us by Jesus Himself. You will “go and make disciples.” (Matthew 28-19-20). At Parkview we are committed to training individuals to do just this! We hope you’ll join us!
